Aglianico DOC

Produced from the homonymous, ancient vine variety cultivated on the hills of Irpinia, it undergoes aging in oak barrels for 6 months and is marketed the year following the harvest.
Ruby red in color, it has an intense aroma, full and persistent flavor. It pairs well with roasts, game, and spicy cheeses.

Greco di Tufo DOCG

It is one of the most well-known wines, appreciated since ancient times, whose eponymous grape variety takes its name from the ancient village of Tufo, on whose hills, and on those of a few neighboring countries sloping down towards the Sabato Valley,

it has found its natural habitat.
Dry, clean, harmonious, and delicately scented, it is universally recognized as a wine of great value that, when consumed at a temperature of 8-10 °C, pairs perfectly with roasted and fried fish, shellfish, and generally with spicy sauces.
